Generates new loan and deposit business, participates in officer sales programs, establishes referral networks, and participates in community organizations to develop prospects and enhance the image of Landmark National Bank. Additional responsibilities include: interviewing commercial loan applicants and obtaining all necessary documentation to evaluate the request, analyzing and approving loan requests within established limits, monitoring existing credits according to loan committee requirements or per loan policy, and maintaining satisfactory loan exception and delinquency performance. We are searching for a positive, customer oriented individual to join our team. Responsibilities include reviewing, and/or trouble-shooting the transaction process related to cards, checks, and ACH. Managing, reviewing, and documenting the bank’s customer error resolution function as related to current regulatory rules and guidelines. Position also includes “cross-training” with other Deposit Operations positions as needed to obtain an overview of LNB Operations; and requires performance of other duties as assigned.

 Loan Documentation Review I

Locations: Manhattan Main
Hours: Full Time

Management, review, and tracking of loan documentation through imaging system to assure correct placement and readability of loan documentation. Track appropriate filed/imaged documents on tickler system to assist lenders in obtaining lien perfection and maintain adequate loan documentation in accordance with bank documentation procedures and other safe and sound banking guidelines. Assist loan officers and assistants with questions relating to documentation, lien perfection and document tracking. Produce and distribute monthly reports pertaining to documentation tracking.
Additional duties include verification of loan data input on core system and monthly tasks related to loan documentation and lien perfection. This position requires strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word and ability to use proprietary software. Applicant must be very detail oriented and be able to multi-task to meet the demands of the position. Experience in loan documentation preferred, but not required.

 Loan Operations Assistant

Locations: Manhattan Main
Hours: Full Time

Performs a variety of assignments related to the booking and servicing of loans, including consumer, commercial and mortgage loans. Duties include loan set up, account maintenance, payment processing, account research, escrow analysis and escrow disbursements of taxes and insurance. Other duties include non-post resolution and processing, and loan participation administration. Additional duties include assisting the Care Center, Lenders and other employees with questions as well as customers as needed.
