Our Benefits and Perks

We care about our team. Our associates are the critical link in providing personalized customer service where everyone starts as a customer and leaves as a friend. Competitive pay and various benefits and perks are investments we make in our associates and their families.

We offer comprehensive medical plans, plus options for vision and dental.

Save money on out-of-pocket medical expenses with a flexible spending account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Associates can save for retirement with a voluntary 401(k) program with an employer match up to 6%.

In addition to 11 paid holidays, new full-time associates receive vacation and personal time after 60 days of employment. Sick leave accrues upon hire date. Part-time associates receive four hours of pay for the 11 holidays and vacation after 60 days of employment.

To help with those unexpected events, basic life insurance is available at no cost for the associate and dependents. Voluntary options are also available for purchase by the associate and dependents.

Associates can conveniently save for college expenses by contributing to a 529 Savings Plan through payroll deduction.

An employee assistance program (EAP) is available to provide support and resources for an associate or household member during times of difficulty.

Associates can purchase cancer, accident, short-term disability, and hospitalization plans to help minimize the impact of unforeseen medical events.

Associates participate in programs such as Leadership Landmark to receive the knowledge and tools to take their careers to the next level.
