Michael oversees the commercial and agricultural banking efforts in Western Kansas. With over 10 years of experience, Michael’s work is focused on learning about a business—including their goals, challenges, and expectations. Using defined processes to determine client needs, Michael has demonstrated the ability to meet the banking needs from young-beginning business owners to multi-entity, multi-location businesses.

When returning home to Western Kansas, Michael’s primary goal was to have a positive impact on the community. His community involvement includes the Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (Chair, 2018-2019), joint City-County Commission appointment to the Community Facility Advisory Board, and the Dodge City Catbackers.
