How Landmark Protects Your Information

Landmark National Bank takes great care to safeguard your personal financial information and provide the highest level of security for that information. Information Used by our Landmark Mobile Banking Applications

If you use one of our mobile banking applications, we collect the following data for the purpose of internal reporting, troubleshooting, and tracking application usage by individual and version.  Reports may also be collected to help correct application defects.  Information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy linked above.

  • Mobiliti – These data are linked to the user’s identity, but are not used for tracking purposes:
    • Contact Info (Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address)
    • Financial Info (Payment Info, Credit Info, Other Financial Info)
    • Location (Precise Location, Coarse Location)
    • Contacts
    • User Content (Customer Support)
    • Identifiers (User ID, Device ID)
    • Purchases (Purchase History)
    • Usage Data (Product Interaction, Advertising Data)
    • Diagnostics (Crash Data, Performance Data, Other Diagnostic Data)
  • Mobiliti Business – These data are linked to the user’s identity, but are not used for tracking purposes:
    • Contact Info (Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address)
    • Financial Info (Payment Info, Other Financial Info)
    • Identifiers (User ID, Device ID)
    • Usage Data (Product Interaction)
    • Diagnostics (Crash Data, Performance Data)
  • CardManager  – We may collect information regarding your mobile device such as device settings, unique device identifiers, information about your location, and analytical information that may assist with diagnostics and performance.  For your convenience, you may be asked to grant permission for access to your mobile device’s geolocation data.  This information may be collected when you use certain services that are dependent on your mobile device’s location (such as the location of an ATM or in store transactions).

Fraud Prevention and Security

Our fraud prevention and security systems help protect you with a combination of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures to maintain the security of your online session and to protect your accounts. We will NEVER request your account number, debit card number, social security number, PIN or password through email, text or phone call. If you receive an unsolicited call or email claiming to be from Landmark, DO NOT respond.
