Home Loan Prequalification
To get started with your home loan prequalification process, give one of our home loan specialists a call or contact us online and a lending specialist will get in touch with you. With some general financing information, our team can help you determine how much you will be able to borrow. Additionally, having a home loan prequalification letter in hand could also give you more power while you are house hunting and negotiating prices.
Because your income, credit history, and interest rates can fluctuate, a home loan prequalification typically lasts between 60 to 90 days. After it expires, we will need to obtain your updated information to create a new prequalification letter. Thankfully, this process moves quickly, as we already have most of your information on file.

Once you have selected a property and have a contract for your new home, the next step is to review your financing options and lock in a low, competitive rate. Please keep in mind that applying for a home loan is an ongoing process that considers everything you do financially up until you close on your home. We encourage borrowers to avoid incurring any new debt or making any lifestyle changes that my affect the approval of the loan.
